At Heart & Vitality, our weight loss plans are designed to provide you with the resources and tools you need in order to implement a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Guided by our Weight Loss Program director, we provide three different programs where you will receive:
- Consultation/guidance on setting realistic goals.
- Food menu.
- Nutrition schedule/Meal plans
- Exercise instructions.
During the initial consultation we examine your current goals, eating habits, designated weight, lifestyle, and food preferences (e.g. what you like and don’t like). From there we discuss the three level options that we have. All three are based on a natural approach and each varies by how much guidance we give you. Each level is 12-weeks.
Level One – Individual Plan
One Time Purchase
We provide you all the resources that you will need and instructions on how to apply them.
Level Two – Group Plan
Everyone gets the same meal and exercise plan, with the option of some customization.
Level Three – Customized Plan
Meal and exercise plan is 100% customized to you.
